Admission Notice for Undergraduate Programs 2015
Applications are invited for the MBBS/BDS/B.Sc. in Nursing/BPT program in institutions under Kathmandu University.
Application Form Submission Process and Deadline
The applicant must download the application form fromwww.kusms.edu.np or www.dhulikhelhospital.organd submit completed application form to Administration, Basic Medical
Sciences, Chaukot, Kavre ( 3 kilometer ahead from Dhulikhel Hospital through Sindhuli Highway) along with the photocopies of the transcript/Marksheet of 10+2 or equivalent examinations, citizenship certificate and bank voucher worth NRs. 2,000/- for each program (non-refundable) of Nepal Investment Bank, deposited in the name of KUSMS-1 00502050250498 (cash is not acceptable) during office days from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM on or before September 18, 2015.
MBBS and BDS Program
Eligibility Criteria
Completed 10+2 years of education or Intermediate of Science (I.Sc.) or equivalent, having 50% in aggregate (Grand Total) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) as main subjects and he/she should have secured not less than 50% of marks in each subject (PCB)
OR
Completed Bachelor of Science Degree, recognized by the University, with one of the following subjects viz. Physics, Chemistry, Biology and at least one other prescribed science subject of study up to the ancillary level and having scored not less than an overall aggregate of 50% marks, provided that such candidate shall have passed the earlier qualifying examination (10+2 or an equivalent examination) with the subjects of Biology, Physics and Chemistry.

Admit Card issue date: Candidates must present themselves personally to collect their admit card on 23 or 24 September 2015 (During 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM).
B.Sc. in Nursing Program
Eligibility Criteria
The Candidate must have:
Completed Intermediate of science or 10+2 or equivalent with English and Science (Chemistry, Physics, Biology) and should have secured an aggregate of 50% or more marks in the subjects mentioned above put together and aggregate of 50% overall.
Physically and mentally fit.

BACHELOR OF PHYSIOTHERAPY (BPT) PROGRAM
Eligibility Criteria
Completed 10+2 years of education or equivalent with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and not less than 50% aggregate mark combined together Physics, Chemistry and, Biology (PCB).
OR
Completed Certificate level in physiotherapy with 50% marks or more.
Must be physically and mentally fit.
